LOAN ROUND-UP Club News We’ll head to Europe for the start of our loan round-up and the Austrian Bundesliga where the end of season play-offs are well and truly underway. Continue reading on the official site...
Not much of a promising read tbh, doesn’t sound like any of them are benefiting at their loan clubs other than Ritzmaier, who I imagine will be sold in the summer anyway. Hope Thomas will be ok and can hopefully sort out his problems.
Hopefully Ritzmaier has impressed enough for Rapid to buy him. Although he might well fit into the centre of our midfield currently as all he has to do is apparently watch the ball soar over his head as we hump it up field...
I have a recurring nightmare where Ritzmaier is Mowatt's replacement. Whatever the issues he is facing are (none of my business), hope Luke Thomas is ok and gets the support he needs.
Wouldn’t want to speculate but from how Ipswich have worded it it doesn’t sound good. As a long term sufferer of depression and anxiety myself I can only sympathise with the lad. Hope he can one day feel better in himself but as I know all too well that’s not an easy thing to do sadly.
Hope luke thomas is okay and gets the support he needs. Suprised Dan bramall hasn't featured more he was on fire for our u23s
I think luke Thomas has bags of potential but sounds like he has some off the field issues, he still has 3 years left so won't be going just yet. I'd get rid of ritzy, simoes and schmidt if possible and keep bramall.
2 years. But the point still stands. Same can be said of Schmidt, Christie-Davies and Simoes, who all also have 2 years left.
Simoes is a disappointment. He looked really promising at first, but has done a Lumsden. I wish Luke well with his recovery. Hope a £5 million bid comes in for Ritzy & he turns out to be the next De Bruyne, or David Speedie.
I know we all wanted to see Palmer and Oduor play last season and we all felt Ritzmaier was keeping them out of the team, but looking back on it, he was probably a steady if not inspirational player doing the job Struber asked him to do. Having been moved up the pitch for Rapid Vienna he seems to be a much more influential player.
