For saying congratulations to someone who's just had a baby and asking if it's a boy or a girl. The reply? "Stop being transphobic. They're not a boy or a girl. it's up to them to decide. They're a FAB" By the way FAB means female at birth Some people should be in a mental institution
used to like FABs back in the 70s, some people liked having the nobbly bits on them but I used to scrape them off
I sometimes wonder if we have come too far as a species. For most of our time on earth living past 40 was a achievement. Life was hard and uncompromising. Now we have created a world in which people are looking for a purpose. There has never been a better time in human history than now to be male, female, both or neither. I can't help but think filling kids heads with this stuff will itself be damaging to them. Maybe I'm out of touch but what they have had is a girl.
Tell em to “fcku off. Get a life. Be it Female. Male animal or mineral. Ffs.” BTW my 2 granddaughters are FAB ulous
Why do you always appear to attract this sort of aggression? You could always ask Mario if you can borrow his shirt.
All I can say is that the person in this particular story is an absolutely horrible person so I'm not really surprised at their outburst but yes it does seem to always be me. I got the blame by someone for them catching the wrong bus a couple of years ago despite me living in a different town and being nowhere near them or a bus at the time
I would never ever have responded in that way and I’m ashamed to say that I don’t really understand a lot of the terminology used these days but I do find it a little bit bizarre that the first question society expects people to ask about a baby is what genitals it has. I get that there’s not much to ask about a baby you know nothing about (and probably don’t care about either) but, ever since gender reveal parties became a thing, it has struck me as a weird one.
Science is science. All animals including humans are born genetically a male or female. We should respect and accept those who want a sex change or whatever. But lets not disregard science to try and appease some sensitive souls with wishy washy terms like this.
