Sincerely mean that. He's a nice fella, a decent family man with good values and a big heart. I'm sorry it didn't work out for him at Oakwell. He has a rare and refreshing approach to football and I hope he gets a job with a good club very soon. Hope we keep this thread abuse free, it's done now - time for both parties to move on.
Look at it this way Sidney might now become an Olympic standard swimmer and Mrs Hill will not have to do all the shopping on her own anymore. Always a silver lining for someone.
I'm sure he'll be ok, still got a 12 month contract hasn't he? If I was sacked for not doing my job, I would get sweet f a
It's football, no1 cares if he's a nice fella. Dunt mean he's a good manager. My grandad is a nice fella but doubt he'd do it
Brought some good football to the club.less of hoof it up field ,just did not work in the end. honest man ,leaves with integrity.
He wasn't sacked for not doing his job, he was sacked for failing to achieve his targets, they're not the same thing.
Excellent post..............this manager produced the most attractive football we have seen at the WELL for years Unfortunatly he was let down with his faith in certain players .................when anything like this happens i always remember a certain Allan clarke.........and Peter Barnes
ah well looks like a certain supermarket as just lost its main marketing tool ....wonder if we can go back to shopping at the asda without telling anyone. best of luck keith in getting that head of yours deflated. looks like your not as good as you thought you were.....on saying all that ....im still in the opinion that the place would benefit from the Don waving goodbye too...then again we can live in hope cant we.
Completely agree and wish Keith the very best. I didnt want him to go but got to accept its happened and move on. All the very best Keith. Barnsley Player probably wont be worth paying for anymore, loved his interviews.
