    It had not escaped my notice about the singer !! Strange one that for the Proms especially for Rule Britannia.

    It has often occurred to me however about the multi juxtaposition of A flat minors and G sharps with subdominant fifths in Elgars music which do subject the listener to European influences which can affect a person's decision whether to stay or leave the Grand European conglomerate. Don't you agree?
