How brilliant have these guys been recently

Full credit to them all, especially Morsy & Jackson who have stepped in and filled some very big shoes indeed with Scowen & Robbo out.

International break couldn't have come at a better time. Janko, Payne, Roberts etc. will have to fight for their places but boy will they be a big boost to the squad.

Things are looking more positive than they were 3 weeks ago.

I keep on at the locals here in Huddersfield keep going on about their great defence when they have kept four league clean sheets with their 1.8 million record signing centre half. We on the otherhand have one more with signings of guys with experience from Halifax, Barnet, Hartlepool and Torquay. That's without mentioning our academy lad, free signing left back and first team keeper without a first team game. I'd say we've done much better and as silly mistakes get cut out we will get more and more clean sheets. Sounds like they were resolute today :)

I like our defenders but not sure the goals conceded column agrees wth me.

I wouldn't include Bree in that watched him yesterday I don't think he made a tackle until the 80 minutes he was about 2 yards away from his man every time stopped no crosses coming in, he was very poor

I don't think the back four are all to blame for conceding alot of our goals for example 2nd half of yesterday and alot of this season ryan Kent gets the ball out wide instead of running down the outside take it inside loses it and leaves us wide open and puts unnecessary pressure on the defence.
