Aye, but firework night lasts 3-4 weeks in Barnsley. Ask my dog...

There are plenty going off here this evening as well, in Harrogate. Same last night which was stupid seeing as the Round Table put on a brilliant FREE bonfire and firework display on The Stray. I suppose some people feel they have to have their own, never mind how much annoyance it causes for their neighbours, and their pets of course.

We used to have our own when I was younger as my brother's birthday is on Bonfire Night so we'd have a few at home. We'd have it early in the day though (as soon as it was dark) and all our fireworks were rubbish anyway so I doubt anyone even noticed ;)
