I'll go for Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toasted muffins with a nice cappuccino.

I'm with you on the food but it's got to be a nice big pot of tea for me.

I like to combine England's 2 greatest imports, the full English and a sandwich.

A slice of bread buttered with ketchup

    A layer of cheese

    2 large sausages, halved

    A layer of cheese

    3 rashes of bacon

    A layer of cheese

    A poached egg, maybe 2

One of those small microwaveable pots of Heinz Beans

    More cheese

2nd layer of ketchup buttered bread.

    Strong coffee, one sugar

Then usually chased down with a can of Rubicon Guava.

That's usually Saturday mornings on a match day.

3 cups of tea, with milk and no sugar. Nowt else. Over the years I've built up a large stock of nutrients which I'm currently trying hard to use up.

Full English - no hash browns though - not right on a full English
