    They don't select contestants based on business acumen, the selection process is basically like big brother - who will make the best telly. From Sugar's point of view he pays 250k for 12 or so weeks of prime time advertising on BBC which is a cracking deal. He doesn't care if he's dealing with 15 idiots as anything he gets out of the business at the end is purely a bonus.
