I'm now genuinely a little concerned. Forest aren't a good side, and we've actually played ok in possession, yet are being hammered. We have centre halves who have stepped up from the lower (and non) leagues, who have done ok in the main this season - but the manager insists on them playing football as though they are hybrids of rio Ferdinand and franz beckenbauer. (Franz Ferdinand?) Joking aside, we can't be so easy to beat. They've not broke sweat to score five tonight forest. Easiest win they'll have all season. I just hope hecky isn't too stubborn to change the approach a little. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The game turned when I finally got a watchable stream when it was already 2-2. We were terrible after that, just as we were in the chunks of streams I've caught during the Burton and Wigan games. The obvious answer is to stop watching us on Kodi.
Calm down. It wasn't *****, it was one of those days. We were the better team when it was 11 v 11 by some distance.
Yes. And that massive distance that we were better had us 4-2 down... That is my point. We didn't lose solely because Marley got sent off. We weren't winning and cruising. 11v11 we were a lot better but would still have comfortably lost Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It was one of those games free kick Davies should have saved dangerous ball loops in of strikers shin scowen falls over guy misleads it straight into corner. 3 -attacks and 3 goals. Most weeks they wouldn't have scored any of them. Still think there are 3 worse sides in this division and we won't get many games where the ball just flies in our net every attack not worried yet but we need to start winning some home games
And that's why I said it was one of those days. Most times if a team was limited to those chances they would be very lucky to score even 1 or 2. Them scoring 4 was statistical variance. Yes we could have defended better, but it was still a freak scoreline.
We were a lot better at passing it around in our own half. Teams are happy to sit back and watch, waiting for us to make a mistake. Which seems to happen every 3rd or 4th pass.
Behave. It's not a case of throwing mathematics at it. How many standard deviations from a championship footballer is Adam Jackson? Them scoring four was due to us gift wrapping them the opportunity. On other days we MIGHT get away with it. Only might. To be consistently competitive though we need to be much, much tighter, and quicker in possession too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Just listened to his after match interview. Still saying it like it is. Clearly devastated, and pissed off. Offered no defence, he saw it as I did: in hecky we trust
Happening often that and still not winning. We were better against Wigan last week and dropped two points.
Not sure if why Jackson has suddenly become a scapegoat. None of the goals were down to him as far as I recall. Having said that we do need a scapegoat.
