    Still think someone like Redders running the academy has a hell of a lot to add. Bobby, Devaney et al are doing ok but we need someone with experience of running a top academy and developing players through the age groups, and link it all in with first team.

    Director of football perhaps? Not sure but just would like to see Redders back!

    While he's unmistakeably a legend and the best reds player I've seen in my lifetime I can't help but feel he's not as fond of us as we are of him so couldn't really see him returning but here's hoping

    Not for me.
    Always having the spectre of any new Leeds owners interested in him and he'd drop us like a stone ,
    He were a legend as a player not sure as a non playing employee.
