Stage 1 - Brid to Scarborough
Stage 2 - Tadcaster to Harrogate
Stage 3 - Bradford to Sheffield, calling at Holmfirth, Oxspring, Penistone and Stocksbridge.

Looking forward to it already. Stage 2 includes the Lofthouse climb that nearly finished me off last year on a sportive. No doubt the Pros will go up it on the big ring.

Stage 3 coming directly past our front door and up Haworth Main St cobbles, like the TDF.

Yep. Silsden gets another go too ........ that should be Amazing if TdF was anything to go by.

I'll probably do the Sportive on Day 3 ....... I've done the first two, so it gives me something to aim for.

Somehow I can't see a tour finish in Stocksbridge being quite as iconic as Scarborough's North Bay was growing in to. There were certainly more people on the banking above the finish line this year than last and with that long dash to the finish as they came round Marine Drive it made for a fitting finale.

My other half tells me it's coming straight through our village. Not my cup of tea especially but I must admit I was quite impressed when I heard. I'll take the kids out to watch/support.

Lovely part of a beautiful town is that. Stayed many times at Ramleh hotel just above the finish line and that chippy where it ends must do a roaring trade. Doing the last part in reverse is a good walk onto the seafront or on the open top bus that goes on there.
