The first time I've seen us give away a 2-0 lead to draw 2-2 and still be immensely proud of the team. They all gave everything for the cause. In fact, I felt we created the better chances when down to ten men. I'm not going to give my thoughts about the referee, as all that would be seen on the post would be spelt ****! Two excellent goals from our forwards who are definitely beginning to click. The run by Marley Watkins was a superb piece of wing play. So much for the lad not being able to play out wide!:D
A lovely tribute to Mr Rimmington at the start and I hope it gave a small piece of comfort to his attending family to see just how much the great man is loved.
    A very proud Red tonight.

Agree absolutely. When they got the second I thought it was going to be backs to the wall for half an hour and we'd be lucky to get a point. In fact we defended and attacked with the same energy and commitment we have all season and were unlucky not to nick it either through Sam's header or the penalty we were denied. Rather than leaving the ground feeling gutted about losing a 2 goal lead I left the ground very proud of how all the players dug in.

It's been a fvcking great year to be a Barnsley fan and I feel closer to the club than I have for a good 15 years. I'd like to thank Patrick Cryne, Paul Heckingbottom, all the squad and the people behind the scenes who don't get the obvious credit. Happy new year to all.

Didn't we go 1-0 up, Winnall missed a penny of which would have made it 2-0 then they went 2-1 up and Hammill scored a very late goal?
