What happened on Saturday regarding his substitution literally couldn't be more of a non event. It was insignificant within the game its self and it's certainly insignificant in regards to the rest of this season.

The Newcastle incident was significant enough to need dealing with.

    Hecky dealt with it.

If you think Hecky has considered a squad selection this season regarding Adam Hammills tantrum against Newcastle then you are a poor judge of character in terms of both Hecky as a bloke and as a manager.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Its forgotten about. Hecky literally couldn't care less about it.

If you bump into him ask him about it.

One poster on here in particular is milking what happened for all it's worth (which is not a lot). Appears to be absolutely loving the perceived drama. Making sure everyone knows about it. Even suggesting Adam Hammill may now be finished as a Barnsley player.

Are people on here really that naive as to what actually goes on in football? The arguments, disagreements, tantrums, bollockings, kicking out in anger anger happen weekly at clubs all over the country.

First half Marley Watkins who was playing sh*te got easily dispossessed down the right leading to a Blackpool free kick just on half way. Hourihane gave him a right bollocking for it, literally walked up to him with a face like thunder and I imagine he told him to book his ideas up.

If people are exaggerating what Hammill did into a significant event then why not Hourihanes heated exchange with Watkins.

They were both actions stemming from a frustration at the performance. Literally no difference.

All Hecky wants to do is win football matches. Every decision he makes is based on winning football match or at least acquiring points from a match.

We're in the middle of what could potentially be one of the most successful campaigns in the clubs history and people are actively trying to cause a stir about one of our players.

So what Adam Hammill ripped his shirt just before taking his seat on the bench. He also shook hands with at least 2 of our players whilst leaving the field, applauded the fans and then gave a clap of hands with Ryan Kent. No one seems to want to mention that though.

Are you referring to me by any chance? If so I only wrote down what I saw on the day. I have just had a look at the end of the match on Player and yes, Adam was on the pitch at the end. I really hope that Hecky saw nothing to bother about because it would be a shame to lose one of our best players

I can assure you Hecky will be much more concerned about analysing player performance and getting the team right for Fulham away.

Hammill was back on the pitch after the game all smiles. Shaking hands with opposition and teammates whilst walking alongside Hecky who also had a smile on his face at full time.

I have it on good authority, from someone who's well in at the club, that Hammill's been given a needle and thread and told to repair his shirt, cos he's not getting another.

If that's not the naughty step, i don't now what is.

Good points well made. Football is a passionate sport. Good to see players who give a toss after Frimpong Shea, Wilkinson etc.

I didn't put a time limit on it. The bloke who was bullying me is banned now. A few have asked me to come back on so I thought about it and thought why not.

If you want to talk about it anymore send me a private message.

If you want to talk about the original post then crack on. I wont be drawn into things like this anymore and thats the last I'm saying on it.

The incident against Newcastle isn't forgotten because you keep wanting to bring it up.

You call the incident insignificant but you've made it significant by not replying in the thread talking about it and wanting to draw attention to another thread made by you about it.

You can't make a scene everytime you aren't happy with your own performance. Ripping his shirt wasn't bright and not just because of our lack of shirts.

I get it everything with the club is perfect, nobody can question anything and nothing bad ever happens. It's your choice to make every post you make positive and never finding any fault. But when someone thinks differently and can see both sides there is no need to make a new thread to go at them.

    Stop attention seeking them.

You have made a threat drawing attention to something that you don't want anyone to draw attention to despite there already being a thread about it.

Give it a rest jacktatty, he's hardly said anything offensive has he. He's come on here and given his opinion on the hammill situation just like others have and you've jumped on him being quite aggressive and argumentative just because you don't like him

I don understand why you're attacking me. Just leave it and don't engage unless you actually want to talk about Adam Hammill or Paul Heckingbottom in line with this thread.
