This is getting stupid now; no one knows what the fee is, no one knows why it's happened but yet people are still going on like "back to the old times", "selling him for 500k is a disgrace", "never going again when this happens" it's just disgraceful. Not one of us knows what's happened or is happening, we don't know the situation, the feelings of Sam, Hecky or the club, yet some people love the idea of bleating on here and on twitter as if we sold the entire squad and we'll be down by March. Some people need to grow up, stop believing everything you read and use your brains, trust the club wait and see what happens and then at the end of Jan if we have no players and have lost 9-0 to Leeds then you can start complaining.

Sorry, but selling to Wednesday is unforgivable when we don't need to sell and the p!ayer was still under contract.

If Winnall has down right refused to play and engineered a move away then what can the club do, it's not like keeping him in the reserves for 6 months is going to do us any good is it, it's just pepeople finding another excuse to have a go at the club, despite most people (including myself) knowing a grand total of nothing about what's happening

Im glad your so happy we have sold our top scorer for peanuts. Anything below 1m is pathetic. how is the club supposed to grow the fan base when they keep demoralising the fans.

Hecky will spout later today that he (winnall) has earn't the right to leave for next to **** all

Agreed, gobsmacked at what people are putting on here. It's like reporting on a match when you haven't been. Why not just wait until something hsppens, then comment on it?

You never know, something good might happen!

At what point did I say I'm happy with him leaving, I didn't so stop making stuff up, I'm absolutely furious but the point is we know nothing about what is going off and yet a lot of people seem to think their in a position to criticise the club when they don't know what's happening. Some people need to act their age an not their shoe suite, so we should all wait and see what's happening

    Exactly.
I'm sure the outcome is the best one for all parties concerned in the circumstances.
We had made it clear that we didn't intend to sell so it looks like Winnall has forced the issue.
Personally I think he's making a big mistake. Wednesday already have Forestieri, Fletcher, and Hooper, not to mention Joao and Nuhiu so I suspect his game time will be severely limited.

If someone waits until he knows what's happening before commenting, why do you think that means he is happy? That's a bizarre inference.
