Adam Hammill is next up on media duty. Coverage to follow.

Hammill: "We aren't letting up, we need to put our foot down and kick on."

Hammill: "The transfer window is good for you guys, gets you giddy. But we are strong and together, the lads are in high spirits."

Hammill: "We are paid well enough to be professional and represent this great Club. The dressing room has never been stronger."

Hammill: "Our fans have been magnificent all season. We want to put on a performance for them and the Gaffer on Saturday."

Hammill: "I love playing Leeds, still remember the goal I scored. They're coming onto our territory and it's time to show who is boss."

Hammill: "To a man, I think the lads have been outstanding. We aren't satisfied though, we want to get as high as possible."

Hammill: "I had no intention of leaving this Club in the summer. This is where I want to be. My family are here. I regret leaving in 2011."

Hammill: "The grass is not always greener, I can vouch for that. But agents can turn players' heads. That's what happened to me."

Hammill: "I remember the joy in the fans faces as I scored that goal in the 5-2 win, as I ran to the corner flag. It was crazy."

Hammill: "We are a team. A really close-knit bunch. We were bottom last year in League One. We're 10th in the Championship now."

Hammill: "Write me off at your peril. I love proving people wrong. I will always have the last laugh!"

Nice to know that little spat at Blackpool was nothing. I thought it might be, and mentioned it in my report of the match, but I am really pleased to see that it did him no harm.

As I said yesterday, I would rather have him in the team ahead of Kent and I cannot believe that Hecky doesn't see it that way as well. Hammill plays with a hunger and bags of tricks, flicks and skill. Kent huffs and puffs, occasionally runs past a couple of defenders but then runs down a cul-de-sac. I'm sure he will come good, but I don't think we can afford to be his proving ground.

I think only reason Kent is getting into the first XI is due to the 75% of matches clause. For me on Saturday play:

    Davies

    Bree Macdonald Jackson White

    Watkins Scowen Hourihane Hammill

Moncur (let's see what he's capable of)

    Bradshaw

Yes I know about that stupid clause but it's time we called Liverpool's bluff and said "he's not good enough for us at this time so drop the clause, or have him back". Either way will suit me.

If we are playing 4411 I'd rather play Williams in place of Moncur

great to hear. definitely what fans want to hear, but he needs to convert it on the pitch. generally speaking, i think he's been kept very quiet at this level

pretty sure he hasnt just thought to say all of all that himself... may be wrong... but at least the club realise they have a few bridges to rebuild if they have asked him to put certain things out there.

however, id sooner ready stuff like this than a wall of silence though like we seem to be getting.

We get messages claiming transparency but then pull back the curtain over Linton and its stuff like that which generates speculation.

Just hoping we manage to get a couple more in before the weekend to raise spirits a little.
