    Before taking up their cosy residence, smirking to themselves that they have literally got away with murder, I would suggest a visit to the nearest hospital for a spot of forced sterilisation.

    No need to be too careful about how it is done. The more painful the better, so long as it is effective and permanent. I'm sure there would be plenty of volunteers to do the deed. Bring your own housebricks.
