Why? We've won 7 out of 10 when he's been out wide?

I don't agree he is no center midfielder glad he is starting to produce some end product though a goal last week and a assist this keep it up lad.

Never said he was. He's an attacking midfielder. I'd like to see him behind AA with Watkins wide and another winger wide Mowatt behind him and see them link up and counter attack teams.

He's got an assist and a goal in the last two games, why change his position? Drifting in from a wide position is clearly working well. Something which hecky said they'd been working on.

Fantastic, defence splitting pass. I really rate him and think there is still better to come from him but I think he's a winger.

He's improving week on week. Understanding his role and working harder

We played the formation I mentioned at Nottingham only a few weeks ago.

PH mentioned it last week. Becuase we are doing well doesn't mean we shouldn't be thinking about ways to improve.

Totally agree. Hecky is working miracles and this will only improve the way players and other clubs view us.

You don't think we're not looking for ways to improve? Just not your ways...

    You do.

You're wrong imho (and Hecky's, more importantly).

Did we? Which game was that then? The only game I know that we played in Nottingham recently was away to Forest, where we played 4-4-1-1.

Kent was very high along with Hammill.

More telling, LIVERPOOL play him central quite a lot. Not like they don't know where to play him. Only been at Liverpool 14 years.

I personally don't give a **** what Liverpool did with him in babies football. This is misters football and he's helping us get results.

Just no way. Kent has finally contributed and now you are asking us to re construct the whole team around him. No thanks. We have players in the team who have consistently contributed. No way should we change shape for something that is essentially a notion of yours.
Kent is a wide man. That's all.

By the way. His goal was tremendous last week and his pass today was great. But I wouldn't build a team around someone so erratic.

BARNSLEY play him in a wide role and he's a darned sight better now than when he last played for Liverpool's youth club.

His profile on the Liverpool website describes him as ".......A dynamic winger who can play on the left or right side..."

I don't think he's strong enough to play centrally. You can see how his confidence has increased over the last few games, the end product is improving. Just allow him to take full backs on, drift inside like he did today.

He's not suited to a central position
