As the title really, what to do you think to him ? .

I'm really not sure about him, I don't have a opinion on him either way, rubbish or good, don't know if it's because he's not played many games or if he just gets on with it and I don't really notice him.

He's not really had the chance to prove himself, always in the right areas and obviously has the pace to play in most attacking positions but on the ball we've barely seen anything of him in the last 2 years so we'll have to wait for him to get an extended run out to make a judgement

Admire his determination and attitude to get back playing. When you consider he is further up the pecking order than Moncur, it probably highlights what he's doing on the training pitch.
He's had a eighteen months after an initial impressive loan spell. When he signed permanently, I was excited.
I can't really pass too much judgement about his effectiveness at this level, although I do believe his energy is beneficial to us. We've got an option to extend his contract, and I'll be interested to see if we do that. A lot depends on his ability to stay fit.

When he first came to us he gave the team some immediate go forward. As soon as he got the ball he was driving forward, getting the team onto the front foot which is exactly what was needed.

He seems to have lost his mojo a little since coming back, he needs game time and confidence. If he gets back into the groove he will be a great player for us. Needs time and love.

Do you think he'll get an extended run out based on what you've seen ?

I was hoping that he'd get one in the FA cup but that was limited and recently he's been limited to the last 10/20 minutes of games. I'm assuming we'll see more of him when the squad does tire towards the season or if we get some injuries in midfield or out wide

Hecky's talked about the pressure of Saturday/Tuesday games and we need players to take the pressure off. When he first came he was very good and I hope he can get back to his top form.

I like him. He's showed some good touches, and can turn on a sixpence.

    But

Where does he fit in to have a run in the team?

If we played 5 across the middle I could see him supporting a lone striker, similar to Fulham away.

Just can't see him holding down a central midfield place down in a 4 man midfield.

    Watkins type role? Wide midfielder?

    Dunno really lol

In the two games he's started since coming back my view is that he's been excellent in the first half of both, and a pivotal player in the footballing lesson we gave Forest and the shading of the rather decent Fulham side before they got that travesty of a penalty. He's then faded in both after the break and been substituted, possibly a little later than he should have been. The fact that he's faded is surely a product of fitness, match-fitness and being out for so long so I'm sure he has a lot to contribute going forward.

Don't really have one because I've not been to the away games he's started in & he's barely played at home.

Wasn't sold on him in league one, his decision making seemed poor & I think he benefitted from joining us at the only time we had a fully fit settled side that season but it'd be a great story if he could make a success of it here after his long lay off so I hope he does.

I too only base this on his loan spell, but at the time we signed him I was delighted as the loan he had here was excellent, in my opinion. Very unlucky with such a serious injury, but I do like the bloke and really really hope it works out for him.

If we don't bring in another striker and go with the 4 we have, injuries were to kick in later in the season, then playing him behind the lone striker would work well, I'm sure.

Suits our style of play - fast, energetic, relentless. I see him as a no.10 or winger.

Don't see him as a 10 at all. More of a Scowen type for me. I reckon he should play tomorrow given his performance against Forest. Wolves are very similar to Forest in set up and style and he was superb in that game along with Scowen. Sometimes you've got to let the battlers get on with it and hope for a bit of class from somewhere to steal it. Wolves will be well up for it tomorrow after their weekend performance and what we did to them down there.

I like him as a player hungry tenacious and determined. I hope he tends his contract and comes into his own over the forthcoming months. I bet he hates Lee Johnson as much as we do.
