Brilliant performances all through the team, in all parts of the field.

Defenders making great last ditch tackles or throwing their bodies in the way.

Midfielders doing the same as well as creating great stuff in the middle of the field.

Forwards taking their defence on, getting round them or through them and finding the net.

It could be described as the complete performance. Give Villa some credit (though not much) - they pressed us and had chances to win the match themselves - but in between they looked disjointed and lacking in any kind of idea how to beat a better side (on the night we WERE the better side).

It must have been fantastic to be there but watching it on Player gives you the benefit of seeing the intricate passing movements and the superb positional play of all of our players. It was a joy to watch, from first minute to last. Sure, we gifted them a couple of easy chances but we more than made up for it with great recoveries.

This kind of game is what tells the rest of the league who we are. We are a force to be reckoned with. I'm going to make a bold prediction now - win our really hard home games against Brighton, Huddersfield and Wednesday and we WILL make the playoffs. With that kind of momentum I would not bet against another Wembley win in May
