Hi chaps, after all ure recent support for our cause (bar Tyrone) I thought u might be interested to read the court decision from yesterday.(the big court case between them is in June) I certainly had a few drinks last night to celebrate. Funny everytime they have succesfully sued a fan they release a 'club statement3' whilst yesterday's big news it was silent... Funny that.

Apologise if u ain't interested (and I can understand why) but I just wanted to share the great news...I'm buzzing
What this will mean for our club who knows. Oh keep an eye out for our attendance v Hartlepool next month as tics are £5 adults £1 kids.... I still don't know anyone buying... They are desperate times for our owners and hopefully one day we will be free of them

PS still can't believe u let us win that bloody cup game (thankfully rovers beat us) but ure doing well in the league, u guys should be pleased with that.

Very glad to read that. One step closer to getting the slimy beggars out.

And no I couldn't quite believe we lost the tie, until I remembered we love a cup exit to a side from a lower division.

Great news for you guys, hope it all goes well for you all. I think most Reds fans are pleased with how the season has gone so far, even though It is widely viewed as a disapointing January transfer window. I personally think the play-offs are still within reach and a great run of results is not beyond us. Whatever happens I will judge the season as a whole and not in part.

    I have relatives in Blackpool

I have been to a good few games at Bloomfield in my distant past. I am thrilled that this could be the beginning of the end for Oyston.

Tarn, there is normally a team that sneaks in the po, they are on a winning run and can't be stopped... So if u can get that run then why not you guys? How's your run in? Remember getting in championship we won 10 on bounce to get promoted....jeez now I'm depressed.

    Thank you for the update.

I'm interested in seeing all the clubs who are being mis-run find a way out of their issues. We're lucky to have a fantastic club owner at present, but sooner or later our ownership will change hands.

A club our size can never be complacent about issues like this. We've already had one supposed 'saviour' do an asset-stripping job after our period of administration and who knows what might happen in future. I have no doubt that Patrick Cryne will try to protect us against this as much as he is able, but we may not always be owned by someone who is, first and foremost, a lifelong supporter of the club.

Good luck to you guys going forward.

Few tough games to come but then from mid-march fixtures are not bad at all tbh. Think play-offs will prove to be just a step too far but top half hopefully which will prove to be a magnificent season

An interesting read although I wouldn't want to second guess how Oyston will react to the verdict. Hopefully you'll soon be rid of Oyston. Good luck.

Cheers for the update. Best of luck to you in the future, I've had some great tines in Blackpool, both for and without the football.

Our remaining games are a mixed bag, but we've got all our tougher games in the next month or so. We play Huddersfield, Derby, Norwich and Wednesday in the next 6 or so games, then we've a run of about 6 games against teams in the bottom half before Newcastle on the final day. So if we can still remain in touching distance of the play-offs until after the Wednesday game on April 1st, we might have an outside chance. It's been a great season regardless of where we finish now.
