To all those who won't watch us in the 4th division, purely your choice and you are welcome to spend your cash and time however you like. Shouting about it in here though is just daft. Do whatever you like, support the team however and wherever you like but please don't use the "I'm not getting a season ticket" mantra as some sort of battering ram. We are heading for the 4th division, it's bad enough being in the 3rd division and plenty said they'd had enough 2 seasons ago when we were relegated. Enjoy your weekends there's far more enjoyable things to do than falling out with each other in here

Just don't feel compelled to tell us about it on here.

Me. Unless of course the cost goes up dramatically to offset those not purchasing and then I would have a rethink. The answer would then probably be

    Me

I'll be renewing, but only cos I've got nowt better to do. Some on here don't have a season ticket anyway, so I doubt they'll be clamouring to get one for next season, especially if they have family or work commitments. I can't see anyone going out of their way.

    I'll be getting one.

I might hate the manager, disagree with the owner and whatever else, but they're my team.

I'm hovering dangerously close to the Oakwell trapdoor. I was talking it over today with my brother and the other lads and we agreed that we still enjoy the day and away days but have started to dread going to Oakwell and that its maybe time to look elsewhere possibly local non league rather than carry on. 3 of us in this conversation have missed less than 10 games home ad away over the last 8 years. So not exactly fly by nights and it's nothing to do with what division we are playing in it's about a loss of identity.

I don't say this lightly but as someone who has lived away from Barnsley and in some ways relied on BFC to give them a sense of continuity and community it feels that this is dying year on year. We were a community based club rooted deep in the villages and hearts of our people. Since administration thus community feeling has extinguished. We were more than a business now maybe that's all we are and a not very good one at that.

The preponderance of loan players with no affinity to us. The franchising of pretty much everything. The feeling of being exploited not appreciated. It's got to stop.

Hate Barnsley (at the minute) Hate Football

Me, plus my eldest, plus my youngest (for the first time).

Think DusThaNoIII summed it up for me.

Are lass as said she's not going if we go down, so I probably won't either. Got other things I'd rather do. I'll probably still buy a ST though, just to keep some £ going to the Club

I'll get a season ticket next year because it is what real fans do regardless of team performances and league position. If we (DUFC) go down the ticket will be bought with a heavy heart but it will be bought. I just could never imagine sitting in the house on a Saturday when my team is playing. Although the prospect of turning up to watch Dumbarton, Morton, Raith and St Mirren is not very attractive and worse will be the thought of visiting such places as Paisley, Greenock, Kirkcaldy and Dumbarton. That is the thing of nightmares.

    I'm in.

I'll be a season ticket holder as long as finances allow.

I was cold, wet, miserable and exhausted yesterday watching the match.

    Loved it.

No thanks. If we go down it means Johnson wasn't sacked and I will have fallen out of love with the club and lost faith in the pillocks who own and run the club. N
Much better things to do with my time than watch us lose every week. You only live once.
