No but they didn't crumble every time a little bit of pressure was put on them like Digby does.

 

Stupid move for Digby going to Ipswich , what the lad needs more than anything is competitive games regularly. All he's going to be doing is playing reserve team football like he was here for the majority of the season. He should have dropped down a division like Smithy and gain some more valuable experience.

Whoever is his agent ought to have a long hard look at himself , another year of the lads career wasted.

I completely support you in defending Digby Tyrone, but as it has been pointed out before...it was SCOWEN that gave the hospital ball to Digby for his one alleged error that saw him banished forever.

Pearson made about 8 similar mistakes, but he had 2 great games when the transfer window opened so you could argue that persisting with him and being patient with a young player helped........
