And performances especially tomorrow we have nearly 2000 fans travelling to fulham we are still only 4 points off the play offs and still have a good squad of players one man doesn't make a team.

There is a good chance it will improve morale if the club statement is accurate

Nah, the players all said he was miserable and moaned a lot. It'll increase if anything, surely?

He always seemed like a misrible **** tbh all the chelping at the referee's and his own team mates. Still have visions of fans getting abit over excited after beating wallsall 3-0 in play offs more or less booking our place at wembley a few ran on pitch and winnall chasing em round having a go at em...... little man syndrome

if he was a morngy get and behaved like a spoilt kid then just wait until he's had a few less than average games at hillsborough, their fans will crucify him, especially on praise or grumble.

Vividly remember 2 things that back this up.

Back in April, Ariyibi danced past Bree and laid it on a plate for Chesterfield to net the winner. Sam ran the length of the pitch and gave our 18 year old RB an absolute bollocking... screaming waving his arms the lot.

In the summer we had Guiesley in a friendly. With the lack of atmosphere you could hear the players very clearly. New youngster James Carvell was given 45 minutes. Despite playing really well and even netting a goal he was subject to constant berating from Winnall- 'f*cking pass James' 'F'cking hell James' etc.

Constantly in the refs ear throughout his time here and never took too well to being subbed off, we'll not miss his attitude that's for sure.

Something definitely changed in Sam and I'm not quite sure why. You could always see why he was popular with the fans and many youngsters favourite player. I missed 5 months of football with illness, but by the back end of last season when I started going again, he didn't seem as happy to be at Oakwell. Maybe the injuries made him a bit cynical, or Hammill's popularity. Or he read Hemsworth's posts.
I don't know, he's an odd 'un. Wednesday fans will hang him out to dry, if he doesn't perform immediately...

he was a miserable fecker, went through a stage this season of not celebrating his goals. He doesn't take criticism very well and there's many times when he's deserved it. For me Winnall is either great of awful and very rarely anything inbetween. Wednesday fans will crucify him if he performs like some of the games he's had this season, especially early on. There's been games when he's looked like he couldn't be arsed and we was playing with 10 men.

That time when he scored in front of the ponty this year - was it qpr? And didn't celebrate? Bizarre. His body language has been wrong for last few months. If Hourihane doesn't follow him, he's ****ed ...well, as ****ed as you can be earning 20k a week.
