think he could be hanging back abit so he can play against man utd, could stick a few more quid on his wages or generate interst from other clubs and its only a couple of days before the window shuts
If he waits too long the door here may well shut. I don't think Hecky will let it drag on for too long before looking elsewhere.
It sounds like Linton wasn't doing his job very well. Hecky sounded confident that if it was his job then Morsy would have signed, which begs the question of why didn't Linton get him to sign?
