The first match I ever went to as a youngster was against Everton in the fa cup back in the 80's.Barnsley was my team forever from that very day..

I have seen promotion ,relegation, cup fever since that day with Barnsley but last night was possibly the best day baring promotion to Premiership I think I've seen .

When the fans started singing 'its just like watching Brazil' a return to the past and promotion to the premier returned in my head..FAntastic.

I think it goes to show we may be playing in the first division but were not a first division club, the fans and town alike come to life when this team comes good and if LJ can keep this standard up and play football we just may end up at the end of the season back where we belong in the championship.

Well done everyone last night,LJ ,the team and the of course the fans.

    You reds!

It's been a long time since we sang Brazil. Let's hope that this is the start of it becoming our trademark song again.
