Barnsley Player but you'll probably see the goal go in on SSN before it's actually been commentated on on Player, it literally is that far behind. I can only presume it relies on some old Russian satellite which has drifted out somewhere between Mars and Jupiter.
Cheers Jedstar but ...... SSN? In Stony Stratford? This hotel is excited they just got freeview Sent via Royal Mail and typed up by my Tapatalk byatch
Exactly this. They need to get it sorted, because it's a nightmare if you're on Twitter or are subscribed to BBC Sport alerts. I'm currently watching an illegal stream on somebody's phone and getting a more up to date view of the match than I would on the official service that I pay for - it's nonsense.
NCP2102 on Periscope. Quality's not great but you can more or less make out what's going on, and it's actually in real time...
This is an absolutely true story: I don't make it to many matches due to having to work weekends and living in Birmingham, and the only match I've been to this season was Wolves away. I was sitting there in the stadium watching the match in person and, on a couple of occasions when one or other of the teams was on the attack, I automatically checked my phone to see if I had a BBC Sport alert telling me that the move would end in a goal. This happened at least twice during the match, and I felt like an absolute idiot each time, but it's a direct result of listening to matches every week on Barnsley Player.
Ha! To be honest I've unsubscribed as I was fed up of getting texts of " get in!" or "oh ****" at least two minutes before any goal.
Actually, YTBFC is there any chance this could be looked at? It's a big issue for those of us who can't get to matches. My worry is that it isn't a technology thing (it didn't seem to be this bad in previous seasons), but some issue with the contract. However, if it is the former then it shouldn't be too difficult to get sorted...?
There will always be a delay, it's the same for every club in the country. That's all I know. We're not unique. It's the same nationwide. If you don't believe that, login to Brentford's Player on Saturday. Guarantee it'll have the same delay. As I say, I don't know why it is. But I will endeavour to get you more information. Cheers.
