    as far as i understood, the deal had to be signed by midday, for him to be available tomorrow. so unless either a) that's aloadaballax, or b) they just still haven't got round to announcing it yet....i'd say mowatt won't be available for selection tomorrow

    He'll have trained and had to look at the tactics and role at set prices. The club will want a interview with him and that will need editing and uploading plus pictures edited. They will likely want a video of him on youtbe and it written up on the site. Then they want something from PH in a video plus a video edited ....

    All that can come after announcement though can't it? My guess is they're still finalising details and he hasn't actually signed yet. I'm almost always wrong about everything though
