    I think hes just after a shag.

    theres easier ways of going about it though than smacking dislike buttons on a football forum and sending pictures of him wearing a skirt.

    Keep it simple and arrange a drink in a decent bar. As its a blind date make sure its busy incase one of you turns out to be a loon.

    I can relate to what you are saying Jamdrop, I had a couple trolling me a few months back, complained to one of the admin who refused to do anything about a direct insult that had discussing undertones. I put them both on ignore but as a result I don't like posting a lot anymore when even the admin condone this kind of behaviour.

    I remember when it was (mostly) adults round here. Grown up discussions, fantastic humour and plenty of good natured ribbing. Where did it all go wrong?

    The only reason I come here is for the odd bit of good information that comes out early. Plus the far-fetched speculation about who is coming in - always good for a laugh. Oh, and the reports on the matches, especially the ones I have missed. I like reading those, and I know that some like reading mine as well.

    For me, Fiona, you ought to slap a banning order on anyone who just can't behave themselves, and that includes using really bad language. I know the swear filter prevents the actual spellings but it's not hard for kids (or anyone) to work it out. I know the horse has already bolted on that score, but it's still not right using that kind of language in the wrong places.

    Tend to agree. Thing is, I try to let things ride out because, as you say, most people are grown ups, and should be able to sort things out. But when people are getting privately hassled, when they have done all they can to ignore the person, there is only one option.

    I've alerted other members of the admin team, and we're watching. Folks either stop this nonsense, or they go.
