Does anyone know anywhere locally where we can but the shatter proof reusable pint pots that you often get in pubs when you go outside?

Ideally needs to be a Barnsley firm to keep it local...

Also does anyone know someone who will donate us some bar tables - the type that are chest high that you can congregate around like they have in the OldNo7?

Problem is we have to take glass in and out every shift which would be too much of a ballock ache. Plus risk of breakage on floor.

Some useful info when choosing glasses. http://www.regalzone.com/advice-info/view/5/Plastic-Pint-Glasses:-How-to-Choose

They bullk sell the polycarbonate ones here, but you can probably get them cheaper elsewhere http://www.cater4trade.co.uk/acatalog/unbreakable-polycarbonate-glasses.html
https://www.partyplastics.co.uk/shop/v730/product-view.aspx (over half the price of above but no choice of shape).

Sounds like a BBS task here.

Every time any BBSers go out for a pint, nick a plastic pot! We'll have the bar stocked up in no time :)

Cheers. I've seen some online- was actually looking at the ones JamDrop posted. We'd like some decent ones that look as close to glass as possible.

Seem some, just looking at getting them as cheap as possible

£56 for 100 isnt as expensive as I thought it would be. Maybe there could be some fund raising via WSB?

Locally, try Oxbys, Cherry Tree Road Doncaster...or Reuben Hobson, just off the Wicker in Sheffield..both bar requisite suppliers since time began.

The local pubs/clubs must get a deal through their suppliers, why not ask if they'd be willing to support by supplying at cost or would they be able to donate as goodwill.

Got to be worth a try.
