    Trouble is I drove to Chesterfield the other night to see a mate and it makes you realise even more what a mammoth journey it is on foot, unless not going via the M1 is a lot shorter!

    Little tip lads dont forget to turn your socks inside out...the seams on the inside can cause blisters get yourselves some mole skin from the chemist, best thing to cover blisters......soak your feet in meths and potassium permangamate hardens them up you can even soak them in your own urine that also works.

    Good pair of walking boots helps..
