I've just ran through 11 games on a bet. Let our kid pick the results and put a 10p accy on it.

If it comes in (yeah right) it's 6k....

Told him he could have half as well.
MarioKempes if I'm not in the office tomorrow I've bought myself a day off on the winnings and a nice disciplinary to go with it :)

Good luck mate but don't worry about not being in; our boss is supposed to be in, he's even asked me to come in which means of course that he'll be nowhere near the office all day.

His heart is in the right place, the rest of him is usually in the pub. Which little session? I'm not in so it looks like I'm missing a Steve special.

Going trough all the vi and wip and everything related again. Get the feeling it's as a result of some "feedback". But I'm going in to ensure it isn't. Sick of flack coming our way when someone else "changes it" or doesn't get off there arse and do what they are supposed to.

I'll leave it at that you know where I'm coming from. I won't pull the wool over anyone's eyes for anyone and you never know who's eyes are nosying around here

I know exactly where you're coming from. Mine was completely wrong again this month with all the changes somebody else has made since my last update.

Never have single sick days, you're asking for trouble, block of three at a minimum, far more believable, unless you're using the classic up all night with toothache, which goes down well if the boss as ever suffered, plus it buys you a early finish the following week to visit the dentist.

I've only had five days sick since 1991. Three were for appendicitis and two were last year when I was run over. It helps when you work from home.

I thought I had made a point over last few months by making it known I record what was entered and then state what has been changed.

Obviously it doesn't matter. By then it's shifted on to the wip. And then thats another reason to be hounded.

I'm slowly reaching the point of no return and I can't make it more obvious with my rants the last few weeks.

It's sad because I do see how it could be and how enjoyable it could be. Just started to feel like I did in my old job the last few weeks. It's something even the Mrs can see too.

Don't think Me and Mario know what sick days are anymore.

Don't think I've had one here. Had one day off but that was with photographic evidence of my face looking like I'd been kicked by a horse after wisdom tooth taking out.

On the other side if I were to add up the number of hours and days over and above contracted (unpaid as well) just a passion to get work done I could safely say I would be owed around 3 weeks off over the last 12 months or so.

And Mario will likely be way higher as well.

I just don't see it getting better anytime soon. Steve is really struggling too.

I know. But I can't stay quiet on the strength of superiors struggling.

It's not right. Voices are quashed and not heard. Just think a bit of rebellion by everyone might show a strength in unity. Steve for his faults digs in and gets his hands dirty. Not many bosses around like that.

Difficult situation it is. If I make the noise because I'm getting that way inclined I don't mind taking the hit as long as everyone backs me up if they agree with my case.

I'm not making a case for some kind of union style rebellion. Just a passionate argument of improving processes. And why it's not always the best place to think it's us all the time. Couple of points last 2 days have shown that. Every little step and all that.....

Poooooowwwwwerr to the peeeeeeople.

Or whatever it was citizen smith used to come out with lol

It was a slight back up of you to be honest.

I have held my kid off the pitch. Waiting for others to come off. They didn't. So I took him on. It resulted in him getting a picture with his idol at the time. And we walked straight back off. The picture is still on his wall now. Proud of it he is. And was in awe when daggers came to him.

I'm a **** parent now

Welcome to the club. I've not slept since Rochdale at home:) apart from those days Inbetween and from 8 this morn.

Nice pic btw! Ps I posted a pic on FB the other day I had taken with Glav 32 years ago. I invited him to my 11th birthday party and he turned up. It's memories like that coz I'm still a fan and have encouraged my lad to be aswell.

Fook the boring majority! They're that for a reason.

I'm pretty sure you'll get the backing of the team. Just don't start supporting Fulham.
