When was the last time our drainage systems in all our stands were sorted? It doesn't matter which stand you are in they all have standing water puddles at the front when we get abit of rain. At least give the gangway stewards a sweeping brush. That way they can get rid of it through the holes in the advertising walls by brushing onto the gravel track. With kids charging about splashing everywhere i'd not be surprised if the club haven't had been sent dry cleaning bills from people.

Why are 15 quid Puma jackets priced up at 49 quid when the only difference is Barnsley badge being added on the wrong side of the jacket? I understand we want to make a profit but a 34 quid difference for a print on badge that could have at least been an embroided one to look better is alot.

Any plans on expanding the club shop to involve a changing room? A clothing shop without somewhere to try an item on in private before purchasing.....

Why every season do we never order in enough shirts to sell early doors?

When we ran out of food/drink at the England match so early what stopped someone getting in a van down to a local supermarket and buying lots of crates of 500ml bottles of pop on the cheap and bringing them back to sell? We'd have made alot more money on refreshment if someone had a 'can do' attitude rather than "oh well we've sold out nevermind we've made enough money, nevermind people without a drink on a warm night".

The new club shop and new Puma stuff looks really smart - if you're a bloke.
Realise that they've got a lady fit shirt, but that is pretty much it. Virtually everything is round neck.
Any chance of anything vaguely ladylike?

Don't worry that's in hand. There's a plan for a helter skelter from the top of the east stand as part of the the Family Zone

Can you ignore all that ******** and try and get a straight answer out of Ben/Patrick regards how long LJ has as our manager/head coach. I asked this on Monday night but he took me round the houses and up a cul-de-sac.

Updated:

Season Ticket Sales
How may NEW season ticket holders we have for next season? What did we do to attract new season ticket holders as opposed to lapsed ones? How many season ticket holders do we have at his point?

Would it be feasible to put a system in place to make 12 standing order payments of £25 each to pay for next seasons season ticket and just keep it running season after season?

Loan signings
We seems to have changed our policy with regards loans from a few seasons ago. Is this the case? What's changed?

Online ticketing
Are the problems that have been seen uploading match day tickets onto the season pass now been sorted out?

Community Club
The club (LJ) made a big statement, live on Sky TV last night, that we are a community club. One of the big successes of last season was the Trust-run Redfearn's bar. Despite being a 'community club' we have recently missed the opportunity to prove this with the catering deal on the concourses. Out went a popular local brewery, in came an overpriced non-local alternative. We have loads of local producers of food, but the opportunity to use these and truly provide something different at the ground was also avoided.

In light of this, can the club guarantee that they won't impose any of these changes on Redfearn's bar? Bearing in mind that the bar is run completely by volunteers, many of whom miss a portion of the match to provide the service. Furthermore, the Academy benefits from the profits made in the bar.

How will the new deal with CGC improve the offering on the concourses? Are there plans to make it a more attractive environment pre-match?

Volunteers at Oakwell / Commentary Team
Many people give their time to the club free of charge on match days many of these have done so for many year. This probably adds to the community club feel that LJ alluded to last night on Sky TV. Last season we saw the acrimonious departure of the long-time announcer from Oakwell as well as one of the long time hosts in the Legends suite.

This season we have seen the departure of the Barnsley player commentary team who again have given many years of service to the club and who have worked on a service that actually generates revenue for the club. In return we get the voice of a commentator from a Sheffield Radio station, who isn't a fan and a very minor cost saving.

From the outside looking in, it doesn't look like we look after our own nor does it look like the club are in touch with the fans having made such an unpopular decision with respect to Adam and Matt.

In the last 10 years or so we've gone from a fan run radio station that broadcast before and after a home game to the whole of the Barnsley area to a paid for service with a Radio Sheffield commentator. Internet streaming aside, it doesn't feel like progress.

Policing and Stewarding
In light of the statement made by the club after the Huddersfield game, what additional measures have been put in place to stamp out anti-social behaviour by "fans" attached to Barnsley FC at home or away games.

What are the club doing to reduce policing costs? What options do BFC have to challenge the level of policing insisted on by SYP. E.g. Port Vale home last season.

Fan Zone
What is the feasibility of creating a fan zone or family area at Oakwell.

"We have spare land available on most match days - even a roped off area of the car park / club shop exterior would suffice. A recent trip to an MLS match convinced me this would work - loads of toddlers playing small scale games on pitches with inflatable goals. Get Toby hanging around and maybe showcase a couple of local bands in the couple of hours before kick-off."

Baby Facilities
Is it possible to have a baby changing in the current family area toilets?

Recruitment
What plans has the club made regarding bringing in players to suit the next managers playing style? How does the fact we have a head coach rather than a manager change the way recruitment works at Oakwell?

Shirt Sponsorship
How did we get it so badly wrong with the shirt sponsor fiasco this season?

Ambassadors
Ben saw the connection the fans had to former long serving players at bobby's game. Does he have any plans to try to get some of these players to work as ambassadors for the club?

TV Watch
They were switched on for Bobby's game and switched off for the Huddersfield game. Why can't we make sure they are simply switched on for ALL games?

Scoreboard Watch
What’s the latest?

The England Game
What were the lessons learnt?

SuperTyke what were the issues with the England game. Obviously Lindley's went out in a blaze of glory from a catering point of view. There were some ticket problems? (Can't remember and wasn't able to go)

What type of season would necessitate the dismissal of our management team? In other words, if we're mid table in January/February, will we once more see a management team dismissed, paid up and replaced - at cost - before the inevitable mass turnaround in players?

Cheers.

I was excited to get a lady fit shirt but when I went and looked at it I'm certain it's just a kids shirt with lady size tags stitched in.

Ok updated list is just Whiteys question he didnt manage to ask on Monday

No, I did ask it. He just didn't give a direct answer. Same as he didn't when I was ont phone that time with him. I was hoping you'd get more luck, especially with Mr Cryne being there too. I think it's a bloody far more important issue than whether or not some TV's are turned on ont concourse.
