Re: Dont f,uc-king bother Lee, not interested one i-ota Rovers are bigger And it's definitely a rugby town over a football town
meh. reality is no one really gives a **** tbh. a bit pi$$ed off because of the timing, but the world won't stop spinning.
I was being sarcastic. I think "not too fussed" is general response Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Re: Dont f,uc-king bother Lee, not interested one i-ota How do you reach the conclusion Rovers are bigger? What have you based that on? City are in a higher league with an average attendance that is twice that of Rovers
Yawn. Can I not contribute without attempts at annoying me that won't work? Johnson had one thing going for him as a manager: his teams invariably battered Hill's. So? My point is that Johnson himself deserves little credit for the way he's moved from club to club in recent years. If you want to make this a Barnsley-Rochdale thing, you're way off.
Not been on your forum today, I've been busy as I'm sure you can tell. Media slag n all that. How they taking a defeat to Crewe?
A bit like that analogy that Cunning Stunt gave last night. Feels like the boyfriend your family kind of liked, but never fully approved of, just went off on a bender, pulled a lass, and got caught out. You know he's been brought up the right way, and you know he's sorry, but you know you've probably had a lucky escape. I liked LJ the man, but as a manager he was very frustrating. Statement too late for me. He should have made a public statement to thank Patrick Cryne TODAY. Seeing him grinning on photos etc must hit Patrick hard.
Hill's come out and acknowledged the issues at the back. At last. I'm fine with that. The train trip was good, the 90 minutes a mere distraction.
It's funny really, when your amazing manager gets poached by a bigger club your meant to be devastated. I remember being like that when Danny left us first time round. When we appointed LJ I went on Oldham forum expecting them to be really upset. They were mad of course that he'd left for a fellow league one club but no one seemed that devastated that they'd lost a legendary manager. It was all a bit "oh well he weren't anything special was he". I guess Bristol city fans checking out this forum will see a similar reaction from us. Could be sour grapes from us and Oldham fans of course but it doesn't seem he's seen as some managerial genius by either set of fans. I'd say he's very lucky to be managing a championship club tonight Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
