Have I misread and been overcharged?

I seem to have been charged a booking fee for 7 coach tickets also.

Overcharged by £16.80

I thought the booking fee was for tickets only. And a 2.40 for postage.

Thought booking fee was to apply on coach tickets if using dedicated hotline

Have I got that wrong?

 

if you booked club buses at ground no booking fee , but through ticket master they put a fee on top .

 

The screenshot below implies it's only when over the phone on the dedicated line. Ie asterisk clearly shows only against that option...

Trying to see if others have been charged it

Me too. Just reading through them all know and it sounds like its been a bad day at the office. Glad I left it to my brother to sort out.

Club have confirmed it.

If you do the coach tickets in a separate transaction it shouldn't happen.

Do them at the same time and ticket master will add 2.40 booking fee for every coach ticket aswell it seems.

Club asked me to call them (when I find the time to do It is another thing) and they will refund.

Think bfc ought to be looking for some claw back of the fees they may have been charged as well for the hassle they are clearly getting
