    It does take the piss!

The player won't ever get the full amount though as the 2 parties nearly always. Negotiate a sum both are happy with...

Ditto. If we sell him to Wednesday for any amount, my seats empty and I'll spend my Saturday afternoon with my kids. What's the point if we are going to be perennial whipping boys and subordinate to our not so illustrious rivals.

There's always been the dream that a great season could one day get the club back to the Prem or competing around the Championship play offs. If this is how the club intends to conduct business then there simply is no dream. Nothing to aspire to and a large part of what gives a football fan hope, simply no longer exists at Oakwell.

Think small. Act small. Be small.

This is exactly how i am feeling at the moment and i hope it passes. But it just feels like the club are saying we are happy where we are. Time will tell i suppose but if we just sell off half the team this month parting with season ticket money come April will be very hard.

We'll finish lower bottom half this season after the club have finished with their January sales.

Looks like the Hourihane part is true. Hope and pray and the Hecky stuff is wrong.

The Hourihane thing is very true mate, it was a few days back unfortunately. He went there Wednesday for talks when we didn't have training. I fear it will be announced today along with Sam.

almost in the play offs, fans dreaming of the impossible then this. it seems those making the decisions at the club feel this is our ceiling. Its hard to see how i should turn up every week if we unwilling to try when the opportunity is right in front of us. 2016 was fantastic but it would appear to be as good as it gets.
