    Unless it was all a cunning ruse by Andy & Rick to give a kick up the arse to the current strikers at the club.

    BUT. Experienced centre half still needed. Anyone thinking different buggers sheep.

    I saw comments like that when he went to Swindon. Very few are questioning his capabilities now. Some even wish he was back at Oakwell. How many more young players will be driven away by those who won't give them time to mature.

    he's not worth £300k - he'll never be a footballer. too slow, not good in the air for his height, not got a good touch. he's an awkward centre forward who is not bad at holding the ball up and will get a few goals at this level and is having a very good season. i never booed him at oakwell and would never hound a player out - the point is, he just isn't worth 300k. i'd be gutted if we paid 300k for a player to replace lee trundle and rory fallon turned up.

    fair play. i really do not rate fallon at all. but then i'm not keen on signing windass either.

    influential centre back required.

    I actually heard holden on the radio a few days ago, saying that the windass stuff had given the strikers and team a kick up the arse. And that they responded the right way last saturday.
