    I'm not wanting a team full of old cloggers but experience in key positions is paramount and not experience gained as you go along. Been there, done that got the t-shirt is a phrase that springs to mind.

    certainly didn't do us any harm 20 yrs ago i.e. Hendrie and Wilkinson. A couple of 'seen it, done it' players in or around the squad to help the young lads
