I agree. But I think a large part of the escalation is directly as a result of the owners' silence. It's producing a perception that they a) don't understand our views or b) do understand and simply don't care. Whilst it might not justify it, I think it's completely understandable that feelings are strengthening and expressions of frustration and anger are growing. The silence is increasingly bizarre in my view and is certainly fueling the anger. Right now any almost any communication irrespective of the content, would be better than none.
