I'm on the Match Centre and there's nothing! How do I access the match? I HATE IFOLLOW It's dreadful.
Its great isnt it - I just tried to sign in on my laptop and it wont work I can sign in but when I click the listen live link it-just keeps asking me for a new subscription tried the chat and they told me to clear cookies and cache - did that but no different. Given up logged out of the PC and connected with my phone instead and now its working on the phone or at least the match will start shortly tape is playing
well that worked well - lasted for 2 minutes then stopped with a please upgrade your account message. Waiting for the agent on chat again now
and still waiting for a response on chat - it seems they have this great approach of disconnecting you if there is no activity for a few minutes. reconnected twice now and waited for an agent only to be disconnected again
Last two games I've only been able to listen on my phone, tried several browsers on PC and all told me I didn't have the required subscription, which I do. Right pain.
It's terrible. They're getting money under false pretences. The old Barnsley Player was so much better and so much easier to use. I just don't feel confident that I'll get the match commentary when I log on. I guess I have no faith in the product.
Keeps telling me to upgrade my account. I'm already paying them and they're really good at collecting the money.
yes I found that my phone worked for about 15 mins then stopped with the upgrade message. if I closed the app and restarted it it worked for another 15 mins - email sent to iFollow but breath not being held At least I didnt miss our second half goals though and we won so not feeling too annoyed
If got a reply! May answer why some people were having the problem but I was sitting at home using the same IP address with the same ISP that I always use - if I put it in to an iptracker it gives my location as Continent: Europe Country: United Kingdom State/Region: Surrey City: Cranleigh Being Admin I can see all the ip addresses that are posted from and mine during the game were the same as always That sounds like a ****** answer to me I guess I will have to see if I have the problem next time I try to get a commentary I think its working again now anyway as I can watch the videos no problem - they wouldnt work on Tuesday either by the way "email address coming up as a private IP address" WTF does that mean?
