Does anyone know what's happening with this? The crowdfunding appeal seemingly raised more than the required amount but it seems to have gone quiet since that closed. I seem to recall that there was a communication suggesting that it would be complete by now and that those who contributed would receive an advance copy......

    Update 4 - release dates

    December 18, 2017

    Now then

It's been a little while since we got round to giving everyone an update on progress so here it is!

Whilst we've been a little quiet lately, there's still (as ever) an incredible amount of work going on in the background. Since the last blog we have:

    - Agreed terms with both Sky Sports & The Premier League for access to their archive footage (and spent hours joyously watching back footage - we were pretty bloody good at football...)

    - Firmed up our final shoot days meaning all filming will be completed by the end of January

    - Pencilled in a 2 week run of showings in Barnsley Town Centre

    - Our initial script has been drafted up, too

Originally, our aim was to get the film completed in the Spring of 2018, round about the 20th anniversary of THAT Liverpool game. However, for one reason or another (the main one being we may have slightly underestimated the amount of work needed to make this happen!) we're now pushing that out slightly and aiming to have this out there in the Summer instead. Whilst we appreciate this isn't great for you guys who have supported us I'm sure giving us the extra time will only mean a better output which I'm sure you'll love (who won't love seeing Martin Bullock running down the wing again?)

As ever, feel free to drop us a note to natter@graft.agency if you have any questions or can help in any way shape or form.

All the best for the New Year, we can't wait for you all to see the film.

It ought to be held over for a while until things improve at Oakwell. It could seriously disillusion people!

    Daydream Believers - April update
    Now then

Let's ignore the current Barnsley FC team and pretend we're still in the mid 90s...

Wanted to let you all know that for various reasons, our aim of a July release isn't going to be possible. We've tried our best to make the date but we can't guarantee the quality of the film if we push it through for July. We're really sorry but we remain committed to a 2018 release date.

As soon as we have a firm date we'll be in touch but rest assured, things are moving & the film is happening! We've started the edit & are in the midst of planning the DVD run, designs & everything that comes with it.

If you have any questions, give us a nudge at natter@graft.agency

    You reds
