How does where this site has Jackson in statistical rankings to the rest of the division have any relevance to how accurate it is.

 

Not all stats, no certainly not but the site mentioned yes. It had Burton and Barnsley centre backs above that of Newcastles lassells and mbemba

 

I've not questioned how ******* accurate it is I've questioned what relevance it has to bring it up as part of defending Jackson when the argument you made referred to players we used to have being at the top of the stats list. I presume Jackson is nowhere near the top; hence it's irrelevant him being our top performer.

I don't rate him. I didn't rate him last year.

That would only be relevant if Jackson was also among the BEST in the division. And presumably being our best doesn't mean that.

All I'm saying is people were happy to quote that website when it showed our players to be the best in the division.

But such as yourself now its showing a player who you dont like as our best player statistically you're disregarding it.

Jackson is the best for a team that's conceded 5 goals, scored 2 and lost 2 out of 2. No comparison to others.

Anyway, I don't need stats to tell me Conor was a good player and I sure as **** don't need em to say Jackson isn't very good as things stand.

But anyway, why is he getting slated more than others? He hasn't been worse than anyone else. If anything he's been our best CB so far this season. Our best player if you go by whoscored.com.
