    I would have this lad back as manager/coach whatever you want to call them, he as a real gift of motivating young players, probably wasted at WBA with their seasoned Pros , but if you watched last season and before, he was in the team huddles at start, he was arm round players as they came off, involved with all the good banter you saw on the catch up videos, he was much maligned by many and mine is only a judgement from my own view, but he seems as big if not bigger miss than Val

    I wouldn't. He hasn't got a win under his belt yet. Not to say I don't think he's ok as a no.2 or 3 coach.

    He’d have got us fit and organised at least had he stayed for Pre season . And wasn’t that the plan , when the head coach left then the assistant or another coach at club got the job
