    He certainly is. But, in my totally unbiased opinion, he's not as good as Paul Caton.:)

    I take it you all saw Ben Mosleys piece on the formation on the club. Preedy on his way home from a Rugby club meeting overheard some people making plans for their football club. The Rev offered to organise it for them and Barnsley St Peters came into being. The pub was most likely The Dove on Doncaster Road as a team called Dove Wanderers existed (but played very infrequently) and are recorded as throwing in their lot with St Peters. The Saints used the Cellars of the Dove as their changing rooms until facilities were built at Oakwell.
