Murray seemed to be hampered by the hip injury he was rumoured to have for him to lose those last two sets 6-1. I hope big Sam goes on and wins it now. Apparently Murray has been having hip block injections to mask the pain. Might now mean a lengthy lay off to rest and recuperate.!
Sam Query is the most one dimensional player since the 6 8" Swiss player whose name I have completely forgotten. Edit - Marc Rosset.
When he was interviewed after the match someone said he sounded disappointed but he sounded exactly like he does whatever the score. If Djokovic wins the title then I think he becomes world number one again which would be a double blow to Murray.
Be reight he was clearly carrying an injury- real shame as it was a great match until he could no longer run properly. Even fit he may still have lost but injured it was game over- he probably should have retired rather than carry on and make his hip even worse. with Djocovic also out crocked its looking good for Federer to claim another title
Federer is through as well. If he gets past Querrey in the semi I fancy him for the title. Cilic and Berdych are both very good but I think he can beat either of those two.
Ohh err - If I am picking tennis players to fancy I am more likely to pick somone on the womens tour, unfortunately the ones I do like to watch for none tennis reasons are all out already.
