Apart from missing so many games for us, this will be an opportunity for him to be "got at" by international colleagues and their hangers on. Some will be asking him what he is doing at a tin pot club like Barnsley. Now that he has stepped up in the world he should be playing higher up the league chain. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if we never saw him again after this African jaunt. There's not much time left in the window but you never know. On the other hand..........none of the above has happened and he can't wait to get back to Barnsley and pick up where he left off. If Gethin Jones shows us that last Saturday wasn't a one-off I reckon we could have the best pair of full backs in the division. For this reason I have no qualms about losing James Bree. So long as the money is right I don't see a problem.
