interesting?? For those of you who can’t be arsed to watch it. It’s a Black American women’s view of this whole BLM charade. George Floyd was a career criminal, been in prison 5 times since 2005 for Drug, theft, criminal trespassing and aggravated assault. He got 5yrs for a home invasion, pointing a firearm at a pregnant woman’s stomach. Seems like a nice guy?? Apparently when he was arrested last week he had traces of Methamphetamine and fentanyl in his system. Yet BAME(best use the correct term) are treating him as some kind of Martyr. I don’t get it, interesting to see this lady’s point of view though. I’m sure I’ll get the usual racist comments. Like I’ve said before, I ain’t racist, he didn’t deserve to die like that, but he sure as hell isn’t the Saint everyone’s making him out to be. This lady talks more sense than anyone on here. Interesting statistics as well. She’s American, she’s black, and she’s right in my opinion.
Not to that lady, I’m not condoning what happened, just showing another point of view, from someone from America. I think her feeling are more relevant than yours personally.
Because people like you keep incinerating that I am. It’s just another point of view from an American women who I feel knows a bit more about it than most people on here.
Because when uv got plebs on here and in the real world throwing the term 'racist' around people are scared to have a different opinion and feel the need to defend themselves.
Let's not dance around it, you're trying to suggest that I can't disagree with her because she's black and I'm white. Probably with a view to manoeuvring the debate towards a horrendous analogy where you state that if I am happy to disagree with a black person on this aspect how is it different from disagreeing with black people about racism in general.
I’m merely showing this as another point of view. Calm down people, but, if that was a white women we’d all be calling her as racist, but because she’s Black.... that’s all I’m saying.
It's as if him serving the five years wasn't enough... I suppose he did deserve to die via suffocation on the slab of road... Better still why don't we bring back the electric chair for people who have committed crimes from a while back? George Floyd wasn't a Saint, such as figures like Winston Churchill and, especially, Edward Colston. Yet the rabid racists want to try and brush his murder under the carpet. His death has revealed a lot about the rot within the Police of America along with people that think that these incidents shouldn't be challenged. George Floyd's death is a significant landmark and has certainly shown the very best and the very worst of people.
I'm certainly not incinerating anyone. People like me? People like me read the posts you type. That's discourse. As for your opening post, I refer you to @mansfield_red and his response. It's irrelevant that the bloke is of dubious character.
The rot within police in America? Have you seen the video? Going on her figures last year 9 unharmed black men died at the hands of Police, while 19 unharmed white men died. The narrative of Racist cops doesn’t add up with them figures if they’re correct. Like I said, just another point of view.
