Although young and untried at this level. At 6ft 3in. Young George may be worth taking a look at.

I don't think we need another young striker to develop for someone else.

I'm not even sure how good he is, it seems the Wednesday fans get excited over his name.

He, currently, is a loggerheads with the Club over a complete lack of first team opportunities. Wednesday have not played him, in any side all season. George has refused to sign a new contract, stating that Wednesday are not working in his best interest. His current contract runs out in the summer could be a good signing for us

Leicester and Everton were both interested in the summer. Any club wanting to sign him in June will have to pay compensation.

I get the feeling that if he's not going to agree a deal with Wednesday, then he's not going to agree one with us.

Everton dangling a 30k a week carrot in front of the lad apparently. Which the Wendies won't match for a player with zero first team experience.

I have a feeling that it is not necessarily about money, at this stage. He is desperate for first team playing time
Although Everton can offer the big wage. He would find himself in the same spot as at the Wednesday's.
We could give him that first team playing time

Wednesday have told him if he signs a contract he can play football. He won’t. He wants £30k a week. Wednesday won’t pay that.

Another greedy unproven footballer. Ike Ugbo scores for fun in U23s.

Just like when Souness took Craig Hignett off us. He stated quite publicly that he was depriving Barnsley of loads of goals by taking him away from us. At that time we were rivals and he didn't want to finish below us in the league. Higgy should have stayed with us, and Ashley Ward who left us soon after we dropped out of the Premier League. What a team we could have had with those two together. They only played one game together and we scored seven in it.
