    I’d like us to boycott it personally. When rabid capitalism produces a rigged bidding process and enables the deaths of thousands of slave labourers, football is really put into perspective.

    The FA won’t boycott it though, because capitalism.

    It's a tricky one from the point of view of the FA.

    From my own personal point of view, I've been to three out of the last five major tournaments and I've been completely bitten. Absolutely love them. But I have absolutely no desire whatsoever to travel to Qatar.

    Only 13 teams from Europe. So group winners plus playoffs. No room for error, and both Hungary and Poland away are tricky fixtures.
