Right from the very kick off he was panicking. Accrington had started well and he wanted everyone to hear his displeasure.

"Sort it out Lindsay", "they want it more than us", "Pinnock didn't fancy it", after he'd just won a header. "We're getting overrun", "they're a yard quicker than us" etc

After the early tip over from their deflected cross - "Davies wouldn't have saved that"

When I turned round to see who it was, I instantly knew his face. He's been going years.

Thankfully, by the time I'd been to the toilet and missed our first goal, he'd buggered off. Probably disappointed that we had scored and ruined his afternoon.

Bet I can hazard a guess who it was. Probably the same bloke that sits 3 or 4 rows behind me in the Ponty. All he does is moan for 90 minutes

I can't do with blokes like him, why do they have to spread their misery on to others. I hate listening to it, they should stay at home and sit in a dark corner complaining to themselves. Loads of others like him so if they all stopped at home we would have crowds equivalent to Accringtons.

If it's the one I think it is I also sat near him in the Ponty. He had a real downer on Davies and continually abused everything he did. If Davies pulled off a worldy save this guy would shout "straight at im, ar cudda saved that...useless lovely person*
We ended up changing our seats, told the club why but they did nothing about it, said on here before that the announcement about racist and indecent chanting not being tolerated is a joke

Can understand the swearing bit and imo you are entitled to have a word but the rest is just an opinion about a player/s.
I don’t agree with him btw but opinions are expressed at oakwell

There's as few of them to be fair. I know their faces but not their names. Oldish guy at Charlton seemed to only have eyes for Davies. Blamed him for everything.

Refman is another one, but he is kinky for officials, although I've not seen him for a while.

Agreed Marlon, after all we are at a football match. I am saying this guy was using the C and F word continually and with no justification, he just seemed to hate Davies, didn't have a go at others. Perhaps Davies ran over his cat, don't know.

Yeah no need for the swearing. Some use it as a second language and genuinely think they’re doing nothing wrong .
But like the pockets of racism it’s not being policed as proficiently as it should .

It is a second language for some.. it’s how their parents have spoken to them, their work colleagues and mates. This is why they don’t understand other people’s displeasure.

You’re describing a good 15% of the weekly oakwell crowd which is why the atmosphere is so poor at home games. I suggest a cull

Might be because we haven't won 50% of our home games since 2000.

That's no reason to not get behind them. Vocal support shouldn't be dependant on whether we're winning or not. It certainly isn't the case at away games.

That's a different matter altogether though, my point was about negativity and lack of patience.

Ps, which home games are we talking? Just league or cups as well? Include cups and we've won summat like 7 from 11.

Lol. We've got a "ref" sits a couple of rows in front of us. My mate nearly got to scrapping with him a few years ago.
