You can't blame them if they are not getting paid. Although it's the other staff I feel sorry for. At the end of the day, the current ownership are paying for how poorly they were run by the old tenure. I have been told exactly how much they were paying certain players whilst in League One last(as they were on contracts that didn't have a relegation clause or releae clause etc..) and it was shocking...
Its a disgrace that they were allowed to get into so much debt as they did, in winning promotion from Lg One. Ive got no time for them whatsoever and its got to happen to one club one day... this appalling mismanagement has got to be punished properly.
I'm not sure about that. How many current players are on contracts signed before they bought the club? One?
Fantastic. Horrible club. Reckon this may be the first of a few clubs to feel the pinch in next few seasons. Apparently the good Doctor Xia has stopped answering his phone! And to think there were certain posters on here holding Villa up as the poster boy for foreign investors.... Hope they go tits up. Along with Wednesday & Reading.
Now there isn't, but at the time there were 4 or 5 players on huge money. Add to that, when they were relegated to L1, they were still offering money they couldn't afford(although not to the extent as in their PL days, obviously.

If only this could have happened when they deserved it last season, and they might have been punished and yes this might have helped keep us up. I dont normally like wishing this on other clubs, but these days clubs are taking the p*ss out of the rest of us when they spend like this and keep getting get away with it. Bolton must be punished and severley for this. What about the disgusting amount Bournemouth & Brighton spent when getting into the Prem, and their fine has just been reduced for whatever reason.
Correct but then Notlob got relegated and surprise surprise nowt else was heard about it . Sadly he has since passed away .
